A strong state society is needed to represent orthopedic interests with state and national decision-makers. We strongly encourage you to become or remain a sustaining member of the Montana Orthopedic Society to ensure a continued unified organization and voice representing orthopedic surgeons in our state.
I’m honored to serve as the President of the Montana Orthopedic Society. One of the purposes of MOS is to provide an interchange of medical knowledge and connect surgeons across our large and sparsely populated state to collaborate on issues impacting care. I would like to invite anyone to join us – from surgeon to advanced practice provider to physical therapist to ancillary staff -- at our annual educational meeting, held at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, Friday, February 20th– Sunday, February 22nd. Our Vice President, Dr. Pat Curry, is organizing a fantastic lineup of speakers for this educational event. If you are interested in speaking or have topics of interest, please let us know. The meeting is organized to provide ample time to engage with your colleagues and enjoy family time at the ski resort and in the town of Whitefish. Becoming a member of the society includes attendance at the Annual Meeting.
I look forward to welcoming you all to Whitefish this January!
Sincerely,
Karen Perser, MD
